By using Wealth Builder™ you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of the service

• General information and software automation only; not personal financial advice.
• No custody of funds and no order placement; you execute at your chosen provider.
• We may update or remove features at any time.

2. Your responsibilities

• Use the app lawfully and respectfully; don’t interfere with others or the service.
• Keep your account secure and update details as needed.
• Decisions to invest, buy or sell are yours; consider independent advice.

3. Subscriptions & billing

• Payments are for software access; Stripe processes card data.
• We may change pricing with notice. Taxes may apply.
• Cancellation stops future billing; access may continue until the end of the period.

4. Intellectual property

The app, content and branding are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable licence to use the app for personal use.

5. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties about accuracy, reliability, performance or fitness for purpose.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from market movements or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes non-excludable consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Suspension/termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach, abuse, fraud, security risk or legal requirement.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in Queensland courts.
